TIME MANAGEMENT is the process of organizing and planning how to manage your time between specific activities. Good time management enables you to work smarter – not harder – so that you get more done in less time, even when time is tight and pressures are high. Failing to manage your time damages your effectiveness and causes stress.

WHAT IS TIME ?

According to wikipedia, TIME is the indefinite continued progress of existence and events that occur in apparently irreversible succession from the past through the present to the future. Time is a component quantity of various measurements used to sequence events, to compare the duration of events or the intervals between them, and to quantify rates of change of quantities in material reality or in the conscious experience. Time is often referred to as the fourth dimension, along with the three spatial dimensions.


WHAT IS PROCRASTINATION ?

Based on wikipedia, PROCRASTINATION is the avoidance of doing a task that needs to be accomplished. Sometimes, procrastination takes place until the "last minute" before a deadline. Procrastination can take hold on any aspect of life. Procrastination can lead to feelings of guilt, inadequacy, depression and self-doubt. 

This is due to the lazy nature, it is easy to postpone work and there is no time management periodically that will make life difficult for us in the future.


HOW TO AVOID PROCRASTINATION ?




ADVANTAGE OF BEING ORGANIZED :
  • No need to sleep late to finish work.
  • More tidy and quality work.
  • Complete work without stress.
  • More disciplined in completing work.


HOW TO MANAGE TIME ?
     
There are a few tools to manage time including this two :
  1.  Calender    
  2.  Reminder
  • Using Calender. This can be use to arrange your routines and managing semester schedule. You also can mark your calender with important things to do such as your family and friends birthday including your studies. So your time are manage and become more easiely without any messy thing in life.


  • Using Reminder. The function is to remind you like alert alarm about your activity per day. For example, you have a class, quiz test or if you sick, you also can set up a time that you need to eat your medicine.

" Eating an Elephant "

This word means that we have to eat the elephant slowly because elephant is big. In other words we have to settle our task slowly and don't do it last minute because it will be never done in time.


JOB TASK ANALYSIS

Divide into 2 important point : 
  • ROUTINE . . . 
The things that we always do such as prayer for muslim, shower, sleep, and give benefits to the company and job that does not require immediate attention.

  • AS SOON AS POSSIBLE . . .
The things that need to be done or finish on due date and time frame immediately such as job that require considerable time to complete, important work and developing new product information.

* High Priority Task :-

    # Assignments.
    # Examinations.

* Medium Priority Task :-
    # Reading text book.
    # Doing revision.
    # Listening.
   
* Low Priority Task :-
    # Buying personal need.
    # Playing futsal.
    # Buying study thing.

* Additional Task :-
    # View social media.
    # Watching movie.
    # Having fun with friends.
