WHAT ARE GOALS ?

Goal is something that someone create to achieve their purpose ontime. It also help you to get on the right track towards achieving yours and turning yourself into a superstar in your own eyes.


CHARACTERISTIC OF GOALS :

S - SPECIFIC
M - MEASUREBLE
A - ATTAINABLE
R - RELEVENT
T - TIME - BOUND






LONG AND SHORT TERM GOALS :

LONG TERM GOAL is something you want to do further in the future. It require time and planning. Long-term goals usually take 12 months and more to achieve. For examples :

· Graduate from university

· Seek the pleasure of Allah

· Success in life

· Get a good work to help parent


SHORT TERM GOAL is something you want to do in the near future. It can mean today, this week, this month, or even this year. A short term goal is something you want to accomplish soon. It can be achieve in 12 months or less.


· Get more good friends

· Clever manage time

· Balance play and study time

· Easy communicate with other student.


5 STEP APPROACH :

  • STEP 1 : MY MAIN GOALS : 
  • I want to achieve an award of excellence in every semester i'm currently attending as well as every level of education and also become a faithful muslimah at the same time.

  • STEP 2 : LIST OF OBSTACLES :         
  1. I'm always forget how i could get that note when i read it again.
  2. I'm easily disturbed by the situation and the people around me.
  3. Sometimes i feel bored when study.
  4. I could took a long time to make one decision.
  5. Sometimes I have no confidence when meeting new people.

  •    STEP 3 : LIST OF RESOURCES :  
  1. I will write the notes perfectly by putting the important thing on the notes i take especially the subjects for the note so i do not forget.
  2. I will give my focus to the lesson by sitting in a comfortable place without being disturbed by the people around.
  3. I overcome my boredom during study sessions by drinking lots of plain water,hearing music and eat biscuits.
  4. So, i'll ask an opinion from an older person than i before making a decision. 
  5. I will be more open-minded and believe in myself.

  •    STEP 4 : LIST OF MY MOTIVATION : 
  1. Put Allah in every single time.
  2. Stay positive and try hard to achieve my main goals.
  3. Ask for blessings and prayers from parents before doing somethings.

  •    STEP 5 : REVISED GOAL STATEMENT : 
  • I'll try to achieve my main goals by the supports from family, friends and lectures, also by praying at the same time.
